Rising from Nations Ford Rd, NC, BLE Dlo's love for music ignited early on. As his brother introduced him to producing, Dlo discovered a therapeutic outlet that has propelled him on a musical journey at the age of 20. His aim? To make his name a household favorite and leave a worldwide mark, all while embracing the path that lies ahead.
WHAT WOULD YOU SAY INSPIRED YOU TO GET INTO MUSIC? WHERE DO YOU HOPE TO GO WITH YOUR MUSIC?
Dlo: I’ve always had a love for and been a fan of music. But it wasn’t until my brother started making beats that I had so much to talk about. It became a form of therapy for me.
My end goal is to be a household name, touching the ears of millions of people around the world. Eventually I want to have a global impact, but right now I’m just finding joy in the journey.
HOW DO YOU DEFINE SUCCESS?
Dlo: Success is doing what you love and making a positive impact on others along the way. It’s also having the freedom to move freely.
WHAT DOES STYLE MEAN TO YOU? HOW DO YOU THINK MUSIC AND FASHION GO HAND IN HAND?
Dlo: To me, it means everything. It’s originality, individuality, and creativity all in one which is the beauty of it all. Both music and fashion require you to be true to yourself and find different ways to remain creative through your self-expression.
