Melody Ehsani, an LA designer has brought us a re-created version of the Women's OG Jordan that was first released in ’98 specifically for women. “The legacy of the woman’s air Jordan OG speaks for itself.” -Melody Ehsani. The OG’s feature a black suede shoe with an enlarged Cherry emblem.
The collaboration with Jordan Brand really focused on quality detail, the sneaker includes infrared accent detail, a reflective 3M piping, and an inspirational quote written on the tongue for female empowerment. Ehsani, being a female hooper herself throughout her youth, really had a connection to the game and even interned for the NBA! The release couldn’t have come at a better time than Women’s History Month Thursday, March 19th 2020 and priced at $150 USD.
